Talita Claassen is a Registered Dietitian who joined the practice in January 2021. She studied at the University of the Free state and completed her Community Service year in Phuthuloha District Hopsital (PDH), Ficksburg. She is registered with the HPCSA, and also DNAlysis and CDE accredited. She has also completed the Monash University FODMAP course for Dietitians.
Talita is also a dance teacher in her spare time and has even appeared in a music video of a well known local singer as a backup dancer.
Helen Wessels has studied a four year B.Sc Dietetics (Hons) degree at the medical school of the University of Stellenbosch and furthered her studies in Oslo, Norway via bursary from the University of Oslo. She served on the Student Representative Counsel of the University of Stellenbosch (Medical campus) while studying, and also served as the Free State Chair for ADSA (Association for Dietetics in SA) for two years in her professional career. She is currently registered with the HPCSA, ADSA, SASPEN and CCSSA.
Helen is a proud mother of twin toddlers and has a special interest in ICU/Critical care nutritional support, as well as FODMAP sensitivities.
