Wellness workshops and Vitality Points Days

This is a one-stop setup where the Dietician forms part of a team of wellness experts: The team may consist of (but is not limited to) a Medical Nurse doing screening tests, a Biokineticist doing fitness assessments as well as the Dietician doing a dietary assessment or body composition analysis. This is an absolute win-win situation for companies who want to help their employees get Vitality Points, or just to screen for possible brooding health issues. Helen Wessels Dieticians can put together these wellness workshop days (including the whole team), or the Dietician separately.

Displays

A physical display table is a very effective and interactive way to engage employees and to create talking points. The display is set up according to the topic chosen as it pertains to the specific company’s unique challenges and problem areas: Are your employees often on the road? Do they work shifts? Do they need fresh lunch box ideas? These are examples of the questions the Dietician will tailor her/his display to.

Nutritional screening

Nutritional screening can be done with the InBody body composition analysis tool, each employee receiving a personalized report and Dietician’s interpretation of the results. Do see the the tab under services for more details on this device and the report. The InBody device is mobile and can be set up at any site, as long as there is an electrical outlet available.

Wellness talks

Wellness talks with or without a Powerpoint presentation can be arranged. This can be as interactive as needed, and tailored towards the client’s need.
